To provide equal importance to the employee’s physical and mental health, the Bureau of Customs-Port of Subic in coordination with the Interim Training Development Division conducted a training entitled “Training on Health Awareness: Building up Immunity Amidst the Pandemic” on Nov. 16, 2021.
The said training was spearheaded by Maritess T. Martin, District Collector of the Port, with the assistance of Atty. Aileen E. Amada-Tortoles, Deputy Collector for Administration, together with the administrative team.
Dr. Cenia N. Lucas-Acevedo, FPOGS, served as the resource speaker. In her lecture, she emphasized that to continuously provide excellent quality service, the personnel’s physical and mental well-being must be prioritized.
This training is timely and essential as the port employees are coping with the effects of the ongoing pandemic.
The Port of Subic will continually initiate programs and projects for the welfare of its personnel while ensuring the delivery of excellent service to the public.
